I am informed that matter has been referred to Mediation on previous date and Mediation has failed. On 25.06.2024 since parties were referred to Mediation, Advocate for Respondent had submitted that he will not proceed with proceedings filed under Section 9 until the Mediation proceedings are not concluded. Though Mediation proceedings are concluded, but in view of the pending Miscellaneous Civil Application, the said statement shall continue. 3.

It is also seen that the Applicant is required to provide care and support for her one year old infant child as noted in the order dated 25.06.2024.
