Ms. Sheikh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions of her clients submits that the respondent has no objection if present Misc. Civil Application is allowed. 2.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Sheikh, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 3.

The proceedings of Petition No.A/137/2023 pending before the Family Court, Pune be transferred to the Family Court, Jalgaon, within a period of four weeks from today and to be heard along with respondent's Custody Petition No.9 of 2023. Both Petitions be heard by one and the same Judge.

The respondent is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court, Jalgaon, through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
