This is an Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for transfer of the Marriage Petition No. A-810 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Mumbai to the Family Court at Belapur.

The Applicant is the wife of the Respondent. Their marriage was ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.01.29 09:14:56 +0530 solemnized on 15th April 2012. In the wake of marital discord, proceedings has been filed.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Respondent has no objection to transfer the Petition to the Family Court at Belapur. However, the hearing and disposal of the Petition be expedited. 1/3

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Application stands allowed. Hence following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) The Marriage Petition No. A-810 of 2023 stands transferred from Family Court, Mumbai to the Family Court at Belapur for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(iii) The learned Judge, Family Court, Mumbai shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition No. A-810 of 2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Belapur within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

(iv) The learned Judge Family Court at Belapur is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide Petition No. A-810 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

(v) The parties shall cooperate the learned Judge in the expeditious disposal of the Petition and shall not seek adjournment.
