It appears that the D.V. proceedings are stayed by this Court in the present application filed by the husband for transfer and as such the wife has not been able to take any interim order in the D.V. proceedings. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife in MCA/333/2023 submits that he needs interim order more particularly, as regards the maintenance and residence.

Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel is directed to decide the 1/2
