This matter has been placed before this Court by the Registry of this Court as request is made by the learned 3rd Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Kalyan requesting to extend time to dispose of the PWDVA Application No. 75 of 2025 by a further period of one year. 2.

I have gone through the report submitted by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Thane.

I am of the view that request made by the learned 3rd Jt. CJJD & JMFC is a reasonable request. Hence, time needs to be extended further.
