The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Divorce proceedings initiated by the husband at Family Court Pune and the Application filed by the Respondent-Wife under Section 9 at Solapur be transferred before the same Court. He further submits that he would not proceed with the Divorce proceedings filed by him at Pune Court. Prayer is that both the proceedings be decided before same Court. He submits that there is no prayer for transfer of Proceeding from Family Court, Pune Court to Solapur Court.

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 23rd July 2024.

There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (b).

The learned counsel further submits that until next date he will himself not proceed in the Divorce proceedings filed by him before the Pune Court.
