Ms. Borade submits that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondent and undertakes to file Vakalatnama and an affidavit in reply on behalf of the Respondent.

By way of final indulgence, two weeks time is granted to file Vakalatnama and file an affidavit in reply on behalf of the Respondent. 4.

It is hereby made clear that if the affidavit in reply is not filed within the period of two weeks, the Court would be constrained to proceed on the premise that the averments in the applicant remain uncontroverted. 5.
