The applicants have engaged a counsel who is not present in the Court (Chamber No.48). The applicant no.2 makes several allegations against the Judge who has passed the order under challenge. Applicant No.2 who appears in-person says that he cannot go to Goa to prosecute First Appeal No.10 of 2014. This Court has offered him assistance of a counsel through Legal Aid but he says that he will bring Mr. Ramesh Dube Patil, the learned counsel to appear in the present proceedings today.
