It is clarified that the stay order granted on 02.07.2024 by my predecessor (Coram: Arun R. Pednekar, J.) and in view of further order dated 29.08.2024 by me, proceedings before the Trial Court at Kalyan shall stand stayed immediately until the MCA is decided.
