The present transfer Application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) The transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.173 of 2024 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Khed - Pune to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District Raigad.

(b) It is on account of immense inconvenience.
