The prayer for transfer was allowed. The proceedings initiated before Family Court, Nagpur were under the provisions of Special Marriage Act. Hence, the transferee Court will be the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kalyan and not Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. Hence, modification be made at necessary places and specifically in Line No.3 of Para No.2 and operative order clause (ii) Line No.3.

The order dated 22nd November 2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
