The present Application moved by the ApplicantHusband for transfer of maintenance proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. filed before the Family Court, Latur by the Respondent-Wife to C.J.S.D., Kalyan.

The learned counsel has produced Police communication seeking direction to undergo potency test without there being any order of the Family Court at Latur. In the present Application for transfer of proceedings I cannot deal N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
