On 08.07.2024, this Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) till the next date. The grievance is made by Ms. Shinde is that the said order is not continued thereafter despite the MCA been heard by me on 05.09.2024.

It is clarified that ad-interim relief granted by this Court in the order dated 08.07.2024 shall stand continued until the present MCA is decide by this Court.
