Both parties are agreeable to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement and have jointly proposed the name of Mr. S.G. Deshmukh, Advocate of this Court, to be appointed as Mediator to resolve the disputes between them. 2.

Accordingly, Mr. S.G. Deshmukh, is appointed as Mediator. He shall endeavour to resolve the disputes preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the website of Bombay High Court. 3.

The parties shall not wait for a certified or authenticated copy of this order but promptly inform the

Both the parties shall bear the cost of mediation, if any, equally.

In view of the medical condition of the Respondent, the Mediator may at his discretion permit the Respondent to appear through Video Conferencing.
