Heard Mr. Cusher, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Shinde, learned Advocate for Respondent through VC. 2.

Though the present MCA seeks transfer of Marriage Petition from Panvel to Vasai but on hearing the submissions made by both the learned Advocates and on the suggestion made by the Court that in the facts of the present case, if the parties attempt a reconciliation / mediation without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, it may enure to their benefit. Both learned Advocates have agreed to the same and would submit that their clients are agreeable for referring their case / dispute to mediation. Hence, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the dispute between the parties is referred to Mediation. Mr. Rajiv Patil, learned

Parties are directed to approach the learned Mediator to fix the schedule of dates of meetings and shall extend complete cooperation. 4.

It is directed that costs of mediation and the Mediator's fees and charges shall be borne equally by the Petitioner and Respondent both. 5.

Learned Mediator is requested to decide the mediation proceedings within six weeks and submit report to this Court on or before 10.10.2024.

Learned Mediator shall be at liberty and is permitted by this Court to call for any such relevant documents from the parties and if so called for, the parties are directed to produce the same before the learned Mediator.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 8.
