Today, both the parties are present in the Court. 2.

It is submitted that the husband has initially filed a Divorce Petition before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division - Panvel and now, it is converted to Mutual Consent Divorce Petition. 3.

It is true that this Court has referred the matter to Mediation and the learned Senior Advocate Shri.Rajiv Patil is appointed to mediate Satish Sangar 1/2

1-MCA-313-2024.doc the dispute. He has also sent a report dated 2nd November 2024. It is taken on record and marked Annexure-X.

Earlier before the Mediator, there was an issue of making a joint request by the parties as to whether the services of learned Mediator were required or not. But the report mentions that mediation process is closed. This is, in view of the wish of the parties. 5.

Let, the learned Deputy Registrar - Mediation to take a note and to do the needful so far as the fees of the learned Mediator are concerned.

In view of that, the Applicant-wife does not want to prosecute this Application. Hence, it is disposed of.
