Applicant is residing with her parents in Ulhasnagar and therefore sought transfer of marriage petition pending in the Family Court at Pune to the Civil Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan. I have perused the grounds and noted the hardship expressed by the Applicant. Prima facie an arguable case is made out by Mr. Mohite on the ground of hardship for issuance of notice and calling for reply from Respondent.
