By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 instituted by the Respondent before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Borivali, to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has complied with the order passed by the learned Magistrate awarding interim monetary relief to the Respondent.

The applicant shall place on record a copy of the order passed by the learned Magistrate awarding interim monetary relief and the documents indicating that the applicant has complied with the said order and also the stage of the proceedings before the Court of the learned Magistrate. SSP 1/2
