This Transfer Application has been filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of the divorce petition filed by the respondenthusband before the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane to the Family Court, Pune. It is submitted that the wife is staying with her six years old son at her parents' house and the husband is staying at Bhayandar, Thane. The husband is running a shop at Bhayandar. The applicant-wife has filed Domestic Violence proceedings and the complaint under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code at Pune. It is further submitted that it is difficult for wife to travel to Bhayandar to attend the Court proceedings.

In order to give one more chance to the respondent-husband to appear before this Court and argue his case, stand over to 1 October 2025. To be listed under the caption "For Admission". 4.

Ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till next date of the hearing.
