This matter has been placed on Board on office note dated 14th October 2024, wherein it has been submitted that the cause title of the Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 334 of 2024 described in the order of the Court dated 22nd July 2024 mentions "State of Maharashtra and Ors." as respondents, whereas in the Miscellaneous Application, it is not the State of Maharashtra and Ors. who have been arrayed as respondents; rather, the respondents are Syed Mushtaq Ahmed s/o. Syed Ashfaq Ahmed, Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs and District Wakf Officer, Latur.

Accordingly, the respondents in the cause title of Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 334 of 2024 in the order dated 22nd July 2024 be corrected and in place of State of Maharashtra and Ors., Syed Mushtaq Ahmed and Ors. be inscribed.
