Mr. M.B.W.Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants has very fairly stated that this petition seeking transfer has been preferred only on account of the fact that he was deprived of sufficient time to put-forth his oral arguments before the Court concerned and for no other reason. 2.

The revision petitions are listed for hearing on 5th August 2024. The revisional court, in its order, dated 21st June 2024 has already directed the learned Counsel for the revisionapplicants to complete his arguments in an hour, though learned Counsel desired time of three hours.

Mr. Khan, learned Counsel for the applicants has stated that he does not intend to pursue this transfer petition any further. However, he may be permitted to make a request to the Court concerned permitting him to give some more time in addition to one hour for completion of his oral arguments. 4.

This Court, thus, permits learned Counsel for the applicants to make such a request before the Court concerned on 5th August 2024, which may be considered by the concerned Court, having regard to the bulk of the record of the revision petitions. 5.
