By consent of the parties following order is passed. i) The Family Court, Pune shall transfer the Marriage Petition No. 1112 of 2023 pending on its Arun Sankpal

5-MCA-218-2024.doc file to the Court of Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. ii) The Court of Metropolitan Magistrate at Kurla, shall transfer the Domestic Violence Complaint No. 4 of 2023 from its file to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

iii) The Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, shall make an endeavour to decide the application filed by the wife for interim maintenance in Complaint No. 4 of 2023 as early as possible and in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the record and proceedings of the complaint in question.

These applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
