Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 29 August 2024, this Court had directed that the cross-examination of the Respondent be completed so as to take up the application of transfer for hearing and disposal. In the intervening period, the Court is informed, the parties were referred to mediation and the learned Mediator has submitted a failure report. The Court is also informed that the matter before the learned Judge, Family Court, is now posted on 19 May 2025.

The learned Judge, Family Court, is requested to conclude the exercise of recording cross-examination of the Respondent as expeditiously as possible and, and, preferably before 13 June 2025. 4.

Learned Judge, Family Court is also requested to decide the pending SSP 1/2
