DATE : 7 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, by consent, following order is passed :- (a) As parties have almost settled their disputes and are in the process of filing Consent Terms, the proceedings of Marriage Petition No. A-2017 of 2016 pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai (Court Room No.5), be immediately transferred to this Court by the Registrar of the Family Court, Bandra.

KVM 2/2 2 - MCA 345 OF 2024.doc (b) The Registry of this Court to take all necessary steps so that the papers and proceedings of Marriage Petition No. A-2017 of 2016, shall reach to this Court by today or tomorrow.

(c) The Registry is also permitted to inform the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra and the concerned Registrar of the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to see to it that the proceedings are brought before this Court latest by tomorrow.

(d) The communication can even be in the form of e-mail to the Principal Judge of the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

2) By consent, matter to come up tomorrow i.e. on 8 October, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
