The matter is taken on record by way of praecipe. 2.

Earlier, learned Advocate Shri.Khatu has appeared for the Applicant. On hearing him, on 8th August 2024, an ad-interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (b).

Later on, he could not offer his services to the Applicant for some reasons. That is why, the Applicant wants to engage a new Advocate. She has averred these facts in her Affidavit. It is annexed to the praecipe.

In view of the above, the Applicant is permitted to appoint a new Advocate. The Registry to accept the Vakalatnama. 5.

The Applicant to ascertain the status of service. Let, fresh notice be issued to Respondent No.2. Private notice, in addition, is allowed. Affidavit of service be filed.
