This Misc. Civil Application has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. This Court has perused the prayer clauses made in the Misc. Civil Application. The said prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d) read as under :- b. The impugned order passed by LD. 4th S.D. Judge, Thane Smt. Rajshri Manohar Ganvir be kindly revised in the best interest of justice as several vital facts were left unaddressed and the amount of interim maintenance may kindly be reduced to Rs. 500 per child, owing to earning capacity of Petitioner as well as Respondent and considering their assets, liabilities and dependents; the same to be payable from the date of this court's order;

Suo-moto cognizance u/s. 191 and 193 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 be taken against the Respondent for making false affirmations on Oath (Perjury) and strict action be kindly taken against her thereof treating her with accordance to prevailing laws; d.

An inquiry letter may kindly be sent by this Hon'ble court to Samuel Aaron Trading India Pvt. Ltd. having its office situated at 512, 5th floor, A wing, G Block, Plot no., C-70, The Capital, Bandra Kurla Complex, above Starbucks, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051 seeking all documents and necessary information about Executive salary Account bearing no. 309002779663 and other vital details about Applicants employment with the said company.?

After going through the prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d), I am of the opinion that such kind of the prayers cannot be sought in the Misc. Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The Misc. Civil Application stands rejected with liberty to file Misc. Civil Application, with appropriate prayers as per Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
