Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

By an order dated 29 November 2024, this Court had granted liberty to the legal heirs of the applicant to take steps as the original Applicant - Nathuram Krushnaji Mahamuni, has expired.

It does not appear that requisite steps have been taken on behalf of the Applicant. On the previous date i.e. 3 January 2025, an adjournment was sought on behalf of the Applicant.

The application, thus, stands disposed.

It is, however, clarified that in the event the legal representatives of the applicant are substituted in the proceedings before the trial Court, the legal representatives so substituted are at liberty to file an application for transfer. ( N.J.JAMADAR, J. ) SSP 1/1
