2) On the bare perusal of the present proceedings, it can be seen that the applicant is the wife of the respondent, who is seeking the transfer of the divorce petition filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibaug. The distance between the Alibaug to Pune is around 150 km. The applicant is staying at Alibaug with her five years old daughter. She has filed a Section 9 restitution petition before the Family Court at Alibaug. She is a home-maker and there is nobody to accompany her to attend the court proceedings.
