Even on the earlier occasion, none appeared for the parties when the matter was called out.

On 10.11.2025, the following order was passed which reads as under :- "1) None appears for the parties when the matter is called out.
2) On the bare perusal of the present proceedings, it can be seen that the applicant is the wife of the respondent, who is seeking the transfer of the divorce petition filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibaug. The distance between the Alibaug to Pune is around 150 km.The applicant is staying at Alibaug with her five years old daughter. She has filed a Section 9 restitution petition before the Family Court at Alibaug. She is a home-maker and there is nobody to accompany Anand

3) In view of the same, till the next date of the hearing, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
4) Stand over to 8 December, 2025.
5) Registry to inform the order passed today to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune who is hearing the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1602 of 2022."

By way of last chance, stand over to 12.01.2026 for the learned Counsel for the Applicant to remain present in Court and make submissions.
