The applicant-wife wants transfer of the divorce petition filed by the respondent-husband before the Civil Judge, Senor Division, Pune to Civil Judge,Senior Division, Alibaug for following reasons:- (i) Her restitution petition is pending before Alibag Court. (ii) She is also residing at Alibag.

Issue notice to the respondent-husband, returnable on 24 January 2025.

The stage of petition at Pune Court is for giving of evidence. The present applicant-wife is the respondent in that petition. She is at liberty to request for adjournment and trial Court to decide it on merits.
