Now there is submission on behalf of the applicant-husband to transfer the Divorce Petition from the Kalyan Court to Senior Division, Panvel and transfer domestic violence proceedings there only. It is opposed on behalf of the respondent-wife and reliance is placed on Anurag Agarwal v/s. Poonam Agarwal nee Mukim1. 3.
