Copy of the affidavit-in-reply filed by Respondent-husband be served on learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife. The Applicantwife, if she wants she can file rejoinder. The husband has filed affidavit on examination in chief before the Matrimonial Court at Karad and the cross-examination is continued. The Applicant-wife's counsel Seema 1/2

The Applicant-wife is at liberty to pray for deferring the crossexamination. Trial Court consider it positively. 4.
