When request to grant this liberty was made on behalf of the Applicant, learned Advocate for the Respondent confidently submitted that already cross is over. He sought time to keep back the matter, so that he can produce online roznama. In fact, he is supposed to be aware that this issue needs to be cropped up and for this issue he ought to bring a copy of the roznama.

Considering the other work load, request to keep back the matter is not possible.
