The Applicant seeks transfer of Marriage Petition bearing A Petition No.576 of 2023 from the Family Court, Thane to the Family Court, Pune. The grounds of hardship are enumerated in paragraph No.4 of the Application. I have perused the same and an arguable case has been made out by the Applicant for allowing the Application on the grounds of convenience and hardship.

Ms. Gadkari is directed to serve copy of this order and Miscellaneous Civil Application on the Respondent which shall be done immediately within a period of three days from today.
