Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The applicant seeks transfer of the Marriage Petition No.A-576 of 2023 from the Family Court, Thane to Family Court at Pune. 3.

Mr. Pawar submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondent and undertakes to file Vakalatnama by 24 February 2025. 4.

Learned Counsel, on instructions of the Respondent, who is present in Court, states that the Respondent has no objection to transfer Marriage Petition No.A-576 of 2023 from Family Court, Thane to Family Court at Pune. Learned Counsel further submits that the Respondent wishes to explore the possibility of amicable resolution of the dispute. 5.

In view of the consent, the application stands allowed. 6.

Marriage Petition No.A-576 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court, SSP 1/2

45 mca 385 of 2024.doc Thane stands transferred to the Family Court at Pune for hearing and final disposal in accordance with law.

The Family Court at Thane shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition No.A-576 of 2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Pune within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The learned Judge, Family Court at Pune, is requested to first appoint a Mediator on the panel of the Mediators, at the Family Court, to explore the possibility of mediated settlement of the dispute between the parties. 9.

The parties shall appear before the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune on 21 March 2025.

Application stands disposed.

No costs.
