Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife and learned Advocate for the Respondent-husband.

There is divorce proceedings filed by the Respondent-Husband before Kalyan Court and the Applicant-wife wants its transfer to the Nashik Court on account of convenience.

There is also domestic violence proceedings filed by her before the Court of the JMFC at Nashik. In divorce petition, there is interim application. There is no consensus about stage of that interim application. According to the Respondent-Husband it is for order. Seema 1/2

Copies of the online roznama from 14/02/2024, 18/03/2024, 05/04/2024, 20/06/2024, 25/07/2024, 02/09/2024 upto 21/11/2024 are produced on behalf of the Applicant taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-X'. It shows now the date is 12/02/2025. The last roznama says filing of say on certain exhibits.

Under such circumstances, let both the Parties to complete their pleadings and the learned trial Judge need not wait for filing of the order on interim application just because the transfer application is pending.
