The Applicant-wife wants transfer of the Divorce Petition pending before the Bandra Court at Mumbai to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Pune. An urgency quoted is, the Family Court has kept the Divorce Petition for recording of evidence and there is an ex parte order passed against the Applicant-wife. Satish Sangar 1/2

In such a circumstance, stay cannot be granted. The Applicantwife is at liberty to pray for setting aside the ex parte order . The matter is fixed before the Bandra Court on 16th January 2025. Let, that Application be filed on or earlier to 16 th January 2025 . If filed, the Family Court to decide the Application on merits. 4.
