The present transfer application is preferred by the Applicantwife for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) The transfer of the divorce petition filed by the Respondenthusband before the Family Court Nagpur to the Family Court Nashik.

(b) The reason is on account of convenience, and she has already filed the proceeding as per the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act before the learned Judicial Magistrate Seema 1/2
