DATE : 18 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Ms.Deshmukh, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that this Court by its order dated 13 December, 2024 granted liberty to the applicant (wife) to appear before the Family Court at Nagpur through video conferencing. She submits that the order dated 13 December, 2024 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 400 of 2024 was not communicated to the Family Court at Nagpur. Hence, the proceedings before the Family Court proceeded further and an ex-parte decree has been passed against the applicant. She submits that the applicant needs to take steps to quash the order passed by the Family Court at Nagpur. Hence, the present
