She submits that the order dated 13 December, 2024 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 400 of 2024 was not communicated to the Family Court at Nagpur. Hence, the proceedings before the Family Court proceeded further and an ex-parte decree has been passed against the applicant.
