The present transfer application is preferred by the Applicantwife for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) The transfer of Matrimonial Petition filed by the Respondenthusband before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Baramati to concerned Matrimonial Court at Vasai. (b) The reason is convenience of the Applicant-wife and pendency of the Domestic violence proceeding before the Court JMFC, Vasai.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 24th January 2025. 4.

Earlier she has appeared before the Baramati Court, but she is required to incur huge expenses.
