This is an Application for transfer of the Marriage Petition A No. 198 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court at Bandra and proceeding under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, i.e., PWDVA No. 19 ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL of 2023 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Saswad to the Family Court at ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.01.29 09:14:56 +0530 Pune.

The Respondent submits that he has no objection to transfer both the proceedings to the Family Court at Pune.

Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(i) In view of the consent of the Respondent, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

(ii) Marriage Petition A No.198 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Bandra Mumbai stands transferred to the Family Court at Pune, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(iii) Domestic Violence proceeding No. PWDVA No.19 of 2023 pending on the file of Learned JMFC, Saswad stands transferred to the Family Court at Pune, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(iv) The learned Judge, Family Court, Mumbai shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition A No. 198 of 2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Pune within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

(v) The learned JMFC, Saswad, Pune, shall transfer the record and proceedings in Domestic Violence proceeding No. PWDVA No.19 of 2023 with such dispatch that it 2/3

reaches the Family Court at Pune, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Application disposed.
