Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Shinde submits that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent yesterday only. Learned Counsel seeks time to take instructions and file an affidavit in reply.

Let the affidavit in reply be filed within a period of three weeks and its copy served on the applicant.

In the meanwhile, hearing of the proceedings in Marriage Petition No.430 of 2023 be deferred beyond 4 April 2025. 5.

The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Latur, is requested to appoint a Judge/Mediator to explore the possibility of a mediated settlement of the disputes between the parties.

The Judge/Mediator to be appointed by the Secretary, DLSA, Latur, is requested to allow the parties to participate in the mediation through video SSP 1/2

Report of mediation be filed on or before 2 April 2025. 8.
