There is divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent-husband before the Vita Court. The Applicant-wife is seeking for its transfer to Barshi Court, District Solapur. It is on account of convenience and Seema 1/2

In the Divorce proceeding at Vita, there is no cross order passed against the Applicant-wife. It is submitted that she has filed Civil revision application, and it is pending before District Court, Sangli. 5.

Let learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife to take instructions about pendency of that civil revision application. It is made clear that this Court has not stayed the hearing of the Vita Divorce proceeding. 6.

Matter be kept on 10th January 2025.
