Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife. 2.

She has filed divorce petition before the Family Court at Pune because at that time she was residing there. The Respondent-husband has also appeared, and it is told that pleadings are over. There is also an application filed by the wife for interim reliefs. Yet it is not decided. 3.

Now the Applicant-wife is posted in Mumbai. That is why present application for transfer of divorce petition to Family Court, Bandra.
