DATE : 18 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After the matter was heard for some time, learned advocate for the respondent on instruction submits that he has no objection if the divorce proceedings pending before the Family Court at Pune is transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar (Buldhana).

2) The present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- (a) By an order of this Hon'ble Court, the Divorce Petition P. A. No. 01 of 2024 filed and pending on the board of Learned Family Court of Pune at Pune may kindly be transferred to Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Mehkar, Buldhana.

KVM 2/2 12 - MCA 425 OF 2024.doc 3) The Divorce Petition P.A. 01 of 2024 which was pending at the Family Court at Pune be transferred within a period of 30 days to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, Buldhana. 4) The respondent husband has sought liberty to prepare application before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, Buldhana to appear through video conferencing whenever it is possible. 4.1) Liberty as prayed is granted.

5) If such application is preferred by the respondent husband, the applicant will be permitted to file reply to the same and after hearing the parties, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, Buldhana will decide the matter.
