Present Misc. Civil Application (for short "MCA") seeks transfer the proceedings pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court at Borivali, Mumbai bearing No.DV Case No.29/DV/2023 to the Family Court at Bandra.

Issue notice to Respondent.

In addition to Court notice, Applicant is permitted to serve a copy of the MCA and this order on Respondent by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.

After receiving notice, Respondent is directed to take cognizance of this order and file her Affidavit-in-Reply on or before the next date, if so desired.

However, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'c'.
