Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for transfer of Marriage Petition No. 630 of 2023 pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane to the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Barshi 3.

Mr. Kalel, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and undertakes to file vakalatnama by tomorrow.

Mr. Kalel, the learned counsel, further submits that he has been specifically instructed to make a statement that respondent has no objection to transfer to Marriage Petition No. 630 of 2023 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Barshi.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons Vishal Parekar, PS ...1

42-mca-439-2024.doc assigned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Marriage Petition No. 630 of 2023 stands transferred from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Barshi for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

The learned Civil Judge, Thane shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 630 of 2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Barshi within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
