The present transfer Application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) Transfer of the Proceedings bearing Marriage Petition No.364 of 2024 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Kalyan to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division - Karad.
