The Court finds that there is an element of settlement of dispute between the parties.

The Secretary, DLSA, Pune, is requested to appoint a Judge - Mediator.

The parties shall appear before the Secretary, DLSA, Pune, on 1st March, 2025.

The Judge - Mediator, to be appointed by the DLSA, is requested to explore the possibility of a mediated settlement and submit a report within a period of four weeks thereof. 1/2
