There is a prayer to transfer two proceedings from the Court of Senior Division Court - Islampur (Divorce Proceeding) and from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class - Islampur (Domestic Violence Proceeding) to the Family Court - Sangli. The reason is, there is a Restitution Petition pending before the Sangli Court. 3.

Issue notice to Respondent-wife returnable on 3rd January 2025. 4.

The Applicants are at liberty to inform the Matrimonial Court at Satish Sangar 1/2
